01Problem
Job seekers and employers contacted the portal on WhatsApp at all hours, mostly with repeat questions about jobs, applications and accounts. Messages arrived in English, Urdu and Roman Urdu, and replying to all of them by hand did not scale.
02What was built
We built a WhatsApp AI chatbot made of specialised agents. An intent router reads each message, works out what the person is asking for and passes it to the agent for that task. Every agent can reply in Urdu or English, and conversations it cannot handle are handed over to a person.
