01Problem
Recruiters had to read every CV against job descriptions written in very different styles. Shortlisting was slow, and good candidates were easy to miss when applications piled up.
02What was built
We used large language models to extract the requirements from each job description (skills, experience, qualifications and location) into a consistent structure. Incoming CVs are parsed the same way and matched against those requirements, giving recruiters a ranked shortlist with the reasons behind each match.
