Gradix

01Problem

Gradix needed a platform that could connect three very different groups (institutions, recruitment partners, and students) in one place, while managing a large and growing network of 265+ universities across 13+ countries. Each destination has its own admission requirements, entry pathways, fee structures, and compliance rules. The platform had to stay reliable as the network expanded into new markets like Malaysia, Dubai, and Europe. It also had to keep data accurate, keep applications compliant, and turn partner leads into real enrollments rather than letting them stall in manual back-and-forth.

02What was built

Multi-stakeholder architecture: Separate role-based portals for institutions, partners, and students, each with its own dashboard, permissions, and workflows, all running on one shared ecosystem. Centralized university and course database: A structured catalog of universities, programs, intakes, and entry requirements organized by country, so partners can search, compare, and match students to the right options quickly. Scalable, modular backend: New destinations and institutions can be added without restructuring the system, which supports rapid expansion into emerging markets. Compliance-first application workflow: Built-in document checklists, validation rules, and country-specific requirements that catch incomplete or non-compliant applications before submission. Conversion-focused pipeline tracking: End-to-end status tracking from lead to offer to enrollment, giving partners visibility into every stage and highlighting where students drop off. Automation and integrations: Automated notifications, status updates, and document handling that reduce manual work and speed up turnaround times. Reliable, cloud-based infrastructure: High availability and performance as user volume and application traffic grow.
