01Problem
Counsellors tracked university requirements and deadlines by hand, watched busy inboxes for replies and offer letters, and checked student documents one by one. Things slipped through when it got busy.
02What was built
We built scrapers that collect programme requirements and deadlines from university websites, email monitoring that picks up and sorts important replies, and AI document analysis that reads student documents and flags anything missing or inconsistent.
